FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our services, scheduling, and what to expect.
Getting Started
How do I get started?
Send a message through our contact form or email Abby@redcloverspeech.com. She will respond within one to two business days to schedule a free initial consultation where you can discuss your concerns and determine next steps.
What happens during the first consultation?
The initial consultation is a conversation — not a formal evaluation. You'll discuss your concerns, relevant history, and goals. Abby will explain her approach and recommend whether a full evaluation and therapy plan are appropriate.
Services & Payment
Who do you work with?
Red Clover serves clients across the lifespan — from early intervention through school-age children, adults, and older adults. Abby provides play-based therapy for children and cognitive-communication and swallowing care for adults.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Secure telehealth sessions are available to clients located anywhere in Vermont for therapy, evaluations, and AAC services.
Are in-person sessions available?
Yes. In-person sessions are provided as home visits in Waterbury and surrounding areas when that is the best fit. There is no clinic or office location — Abby comes to you.
Do you accept insurance?
Red Clover is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
